Water was running into the hallway, so we needed help fast. Douglas arrived quickly, found the issue, and fixed it right away. He even went into the attic to check for leaks from the shower plumbing and made sure everything was in good shape. He was very knowledgeable, explained the repair clearly, and checked the rest of the plumbing system so I would not have to worry after I left.
