The best in Miami! No one does hair like Manny. Perhaps even more importantly he is one of the most amazing, kind and generous souls you could ever encounter. Sitting in his chair is an absolute pleasure that never disappoints!
So I wrote my first review for Manny's Butterfly Salon 3 years ago. I can honestly say it gets better every time! Manny continues to do an outstanding job! But this review is for my new brow guru...Melissa Bay!!! She is an artist!!! I'm amazed at the great job she did on my brows!
