The therapists really understand bodies and know what they're doing. I had knee pain for years and neck pain that I thought would never go away. But Kristen had me pain free in just a few sessions. Amazing!

I travel over an hour for a session with John Schreiber... And an hour and a half back home...He's more than worth the trip!He's spot on with the therapy. I feel sore after but much better than before. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This therapy really changes your life! Even if you feel ok, they find muscles that need to be treated and you feel much better afterwards. Is day and night! I go with Kristen de la Rúa therapist and she is the best!
