My husband and I went to Victoria for facials for the first time today. We found her on reddit while looking for an esthetician in Miami. What I can say is: she was AMAZING. We weren’t sure on what to get done, so she suggested her oxygen facials, and we got them done, with no regrets. Since it was our first, she walked each of us through the whole process, explaining what was being done, what products were being used, what they do and what she would suggest for our types of skin. She also gives amazing neck massages, and takes care of your hands and scalp! And if all of that wasn’t enough, she is also the sweetest person! Time with her passes so fast, because she makes you feel so at home and comfortable. We left there with samples she gave us to use at home and feeling super happy and satisfied. This is the place that changed my life 10 years ago. I went to Ligia for the first time after my grandfather had passed away and I had felt myself becoming apathetic to a point I didn’t recognize who I was. Tears had not fallen from my eyes in about 1-2 years and the feelings inside me were just numb. The moment I set foot in this sanctuary and walked through that door it was like this place was waiting for me to hug the depths of my soul. Since that day I’ve gone weekly (except for the years I avoided some hard truths) but I always come back. The quality of color and products utilized by them (Aveda) is superb, and is the ONLY color that has not made my scalp itch severely. They truly listen to their clients, but they also kindly and gently make their recommendations - and I'm glad I listened to them each time. She asked about how she styled and how she maintained her hair to ensure the cut worked well with her daily routine and that she would be thoroughly satisfied. I was in the area with time to kill and found this cute nail spa. I’m used to going to a large Vietnamese based salon up north where everything is very routine. Sandra did my pedicure and spent a lot of time addressing nail imperfections, cleaning, and exfoliating. No one has ever spent such time on these details. Great alternative spa!

Disa is the only person I trust with my nails. She is the best! I had been getting dip on my nails for years before I met Disa and I thought that it was thinning out and destroying my nails. I have been coming to Disa for almost a year now and my nails are stronger and longer than ever because she does dip powder the right way. She is a professional at what she does, fast (but detailed), and my nails come out perfect every single time!

I went for my eyebrows today. The woman who answered the phone was very polite, and they were quick to respond. I asked for an appointment that was at a later time and was called back to let me know they finished early and I could go earlier if I was available. I took the earlier appointment. Anna was my technician. She was very thorough; I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for the past couple of decades and she was more accurate and does more than anyone I have had before.

My hair dresser of many years Pietro Visconti worked here, and as he retired since my last visit to Miami I was hoping to come to Lyons to find a quality stylist for my first-ever short-haircut. After calling many times, I drove by today for my appointment at Myrna's Salon (now located next door to the old Lyons). It is definitely out of business :( Please someone from Lyons - let us know why you left and if you have any plans to reopen?? I ended up with a fairly nice haircut from Jack at Myrna's (who worked at Lyons in the past).
Ms. Kim was an amazing nail artist! She was kind, attentive, a perfectionist, and very funny. I showed her a design that she went above and beyond to create and honestly did better than the picture I showed her. She gave me tips to make sure my nails lasted longer and make sure I was happy with the colors and design. I got my perfect summer nails. Also, the other nail artists were very nice as well.

Gigi did my lashes and I was so happy with the outcome that I was already booking my next appt when she finished! I haven’t done lash extensions in 3 years and after my recent visit I fear I will become addicted to never having to wear mascara again !! DR.C has always been my go to person when I’m experiencing pain.She didn’t fail us today. Patiently working through the body read she was able to pinpoint some tender points and worked softly to ease the pain. Success and I know we have work to do but we started with the right Dr.

The team @ AH&RC are phenomenal. They care and take pride in their services. Their work really shows in the improvement of my dog. 5 therapy sessions in and my dog stopped buckling his paw. He walks much better now than what he did before he started. Their prices are very fair and their appointments are given in a timely manner so it’s never over crowded. Dr. Harris has been our vet for over 13-years. He's saved both my rabbits' lives on multiple occasions. Fair prices. Excellent communication. An absolute wealth of knowledge and information. My 11-year old bunny passed yesterday and I cannot stress how grateful I am to Dr. Harris and his team for her continued care. While she passed in Orlando (NOT under his supervision), it was a valuable lesson about advocacy and education. In the 10+ years of owning this bunny, she was never hospitalized by Dr. Harris. Broken leg, broken pelvis, gi stasis, bladder sludge - Dr. Harris was constantly teaching new information and showing us how to care for her on our own! The one time she IS hospitalized for bladder sludge (again, by a different professional in Orlando), her hip is re-fractured and she goes down. Dr. Harris and his team are absolutely worth the 10-hour round trip. This is an experienced, genuine exotic animals specialist that sets the bar high both for his staff and for you, as a pet owner. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the entire team. And while I cannot conceive a pet to replace Lumi... As long as Dr. Harris is practicing - My future rabbits will be his patients. Ever since I learned that Pilates was originally developed to support people with physical limitations and injuries, I’ve been eager to try it at a legit studio, with a certified instructor who really knows their stuff. I broke my clavicle over two years ago, and heard that building strength and improving alignment through Pilates could help ease some of the lingering discomfort.
Club Pilates is known for having highly trained instructors, and I had the pleasure of being guided by Emily Brownlee. She was incredibly patient and attentive, consistently checking in on my form and cueing corrections when needed, especially during exercises like footwork on the Reformer and bridging series. I took the CP Reformer Flow class, which is designed for beginners. It introduces foundational movements and breathing techniques while activating the powerhouse (core), and working on stability, alignment, and flexibility across the full body.
Even though it’s a Level 1 class, I tried props like the Magic Circle or long box to push my strength a bit further. It’s a solid introduction, and definitely gave me the motivation to move up to the next level and explore more challenging formats, like Cardio Sculpt or Control classes.
Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly front desk team, and the studio itself is spotless and well-organized. They offer plenty of Reformers and even have a private training room for one-on-one sessions if you’re looking for more personalized attention.
The space definitely has a “club” feel, modern, upbeat, and inviting, so the name couldn’t fit better. Looking forward to coming back and leveling up my Pilates practice.
Serenity Spa isn’t just a spa, it’s a full-body spiritual reset button. I’m pretty sure one of the therapists asked, “Too much pressure?” and I had to resist saying, “Ma’am… this is no longer a massage. You are currently relaxing my *bones*. I did not know bones had emotions, but apparently mine are now at peace.”
I walked in stressed and walked out feeling like my entire skeleton put in a two-week notice and moved to a beach somewhere. Truly magical. Highly, *highly* recommend if you want your muscles, your soul, and possibly all your ancestors gently realigned into a better life.
These women are actual superheroes, I’m convinced they could crack walnuts with those tiny, mighty hands. My boyfriend and I go at least once a month and will keep coming back forever. The owner and staff? Absolute angels. Caring, talented, and low-key capable of massaging the worries out of your DNA.

If i could put 10 stars I would, I have been coming here for over 10 years, this is the only place where I have found relief for my migraines, and digestive issues. Roxana is an amazing healer, not only does my body feel better she has helped me through grief, stress, sadness, etc… I always walk out feeling balanced and in good spirit. Roxana and Elena are true healers, they integrate acupuncture with meditation and other wellness modalities. I wish everyone could experience treatments with them.
Dr. Tan is a true gem. Her expertise and wisdom are truly outstanding. She has helped my mom and I tremendously. Allison is also a pleasure and adds much kindness and healing energy to every patient interaction. Not easy to find this type of experience in healthcare.
