He quoted a very fair price, completed the work in the timeframe that we needed, was honest about delays due to an unusual amount of rainfall, and did quality work. He and his team did quality work, prepped the site appropriately for efficiency and safety, and cleaned up completely. Went on my roof, inside my roof and told us what the company will do. Told us his company and the roof workers are bonded with a supervisor present at the job until finished. I called the company after the visit and told them that Zack was a jewel-in-the ruff for his company. I signed the contract and felt extremely comfortable on what they were going to do. Everything they said and what they determined to be important was documented within the contract. The price was reasonable. Most import to me & my wife was how Zack handled everything. From the office, Devan helped me get in touch with the company that replaced the roof most recently so I could check on warranties and the communication began. We were told what to expect, and when, in the time leading up to the start of our project and everything happened on schedule. They did not tell me only 3 sheets of plywood would be included, the quote included all wood needed. In addition they agreed to install water and Ice underlayment on the entire roof so I could qualify for a huge Homeowners discount. Their workers were on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They took there time, and did the job right. I mentioned I had a very hot attic, and they extended my roof vents and added additional to help me save on cooling cost. My roof is beautiful. The building inspector even commented on the good job they did.
