**** from Sanders and Sons promptly returned my on-line inquiry with a call. He sent his father **** out within 1/2 hour to assess my situation. I thought I needed a new patio roof (TPO) over my metal roof due to leaking at the seam. **** ran water down the drain pipe that was clogged, (gutter were clean), he also ran water where the leak was, nothing came through. Situation cured! He saved me the cost of a new roof which he said I don't need. He was so very honest and respectful, I would most certainly keep him in mind should I decide to replace my roof in the future. Highly recommended.

My inquiry was promptly returned with a phone call from Joey. Within 1/2 his father Alex came out to access my situation. I thought I needed a new TPO roof over my leaking flat metal roof. Alex took the hose and cleaned my downspout, he also ran water where the leak was, no water came through. Problem solved! He was so honest and upfront telling me I didn't need a new roof, I just needed to keep the downspout cleaned! Highly recommend and will certainly keep them in mind should I decide to replace my roof in the future.

Had a very positive experience from beginning to the end. No "hidden" fees, etc. Everyone was professional and courteous. Cleaned up well at the end of the work day. VERY reasonable prices. Multiple homes in my neighbor hood used them and very happy, so I hired them as well. I have already referred 2 friends who (one) has already used them and very pleased and my other friend has hired them. I will continue to recommend with no regrets.Service: Roof installation
