“Derrick and his employees are top notch professional roofers. We recently had four roofs replaced by them. We also had them inspect 50 additional roofs for estimates for repairs and/or replacement. Not only was this done quickly, he showed a spreadsheet of recommendations for our future projects in the community. He sent a daily report showing what was done and how far along the job had progressed. The employees were super professional. They left zero mess. I had zero complaints which is unusual for a 55 and up community which has residents watching them full time while the work is being done. Coming from the daughter of a man who owned a top notch roofing company and being a Property Manager who has dealt with hundreds of vendors, I will always call this company first. The price is fair. They are responsive, honest and hard working. In addition, they finished repairs before I even knew they were onsite. Beautiful workmanship too!”
