Baldwin roofing handled our Hurricane Ian damage for our roof and gutters. Everything was handled seamlessly and everyone was on top of every issue we encountered. Michelle frequently called us with updates, appointment times, supply deliveries. The roofing crew was respectful of our shrubs, house and worked incredibly hard. The gutter team went above and beyond my expectations. Some concrete was spilled on the driveway and Michelle had someone out to remove it. A few landscape lights were hard to see and were damaged- Michelle covered all aspects of follow up issues. Seriously could not have been happier with the service and all the team members

We could not have asked for a better roofing contractor than Baldwin. Our roof installation was completed by very efficient teams under the capable supervision of Jake Bova, Project Manager. Throughout the process, our Project Coordinator, Michelle Gumble, and Jake kept us informed through excellent communication. Baldwin Roofing did an an absolutely amazing job on our total roof replacement following hurricane Ian. We had a tile roof that was damaged beyond "repair" that caused water to leak into our home. We wanted the tile to be replaced with a new metal roofing material. Once they finally were able to get beyond my city's permitting process , I was amazed at just how fast and efficient each crew performed their job!From day one, working over the phone and email with Michelle , the project coordinator was fantastic.
