I was a little hesitant based on previous press/iron reviews- but they knocked it out of the park. 2 of my blazers were still a little wrinkly at the bottom on the front and back, but 2 out of 38?! That’s dang great. Was not notified of permanent bar codes being added to my garments- which was a little upsetting since I am very sensitive to tags on my clothes. Otherwise excellent customer service, very timely, can’t wait to use them again!“
