I brought in 38 pieces of clothes for press only. I was a little hesitant based on previous press/iron reviews- but they knocked it out of the park. 2 of my blazers were still a little wrinkly at the bottom on the front and back, but 2 out of 38?! That’s dang great. Was not notified of permanent bar codes being added to my garments- which was a little upsetting since I am very sensitive to tags on my clothes. Otherwise excellent customer service, very timely, can’t wait to use them again!

I had an outstanding experience with GEM Dry Cleaners just before the hurricane hit. The service was impressively fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning my suit, leaving it in pristine condition. Their efficiency and warmth during such a stressful time were truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
