Amazing customer service!I came to pick up my clothes at 6:40pm after my work thinking they close at 7pm. To find out that they closed at 6pm on Tuesdays. He took me in and gave me my clothes and took great care of me! Thank you so much!

Wow, great service but better people! I’ve been using elite for about 6 months. I dropped clothes off and had a death in the family, had to return to my home state for about 6 weeks and forgot about clothes. When I got back I remembered and panicked and called Elite. They said “no problem” and we’re so kind about it! They also told me that after a while, instead of selling them, they have a donation program with USF where they help underprivileged students get dress clothes… how awesome! Couldn’t recommend enough.
