I was so shocked when I walked in to find no one there to drop my clothes off too but just a machine and bags to put your clothes in!! The process on the machine was so easy and I am not good with computers and all this screen tapping!! When I picked up there was some one there (hate that I didn’t get her name), I guess I was tired because if it wasn’t for her I was all lost trying to figure out how to retrieve my clothes!! But she saved the evening!! So it goes to show we still need HUMANS!! I will definitely come back because it is pretty cool!! Quick service, effective, and even gave a veterans discount. Managed to get the odor out of army gear I'd cleaned 3-4 times to no effect so really grateful for that. Will be using regularly.
Normally I don't like full automation or self checkout lines, but the Sun Country automated kiosk is wonderfully easy to use and fast. I get text updates on my status too. The lobby is clean and modern. I like it a lot.
