“Got a same-day appointment for a very sick elderly cat. Dr Zimmerman took time to make a thorough exam (including inside the mouth) despite the cat behaving badly (claws and teeth). She prescribed a course of treatment based on her 35 years of vet experience - including using chicken baby food to entice the cat to eat - which has brought the cat through so far. Staff is easy to work with and tailors treatment to the desires of the animal custodian.“

“Short review: top notch veterinarian establishment. Got me in the same day on multiple occasions, which is largely unheard of.

Long review: Just moved back into town recently and I've gotta say, Aloha is top-notch. I live 30 minutes away in Palm Bay and I will deliberately make the drive.

I have a 15-year-old kitty with beginning signs of kidney disease and needs her anal glands manually cleaned every 3-6 months. Today I called to schedule appointment to see what I can do because I'm leaving tomorrow for a retreat and wouldn't be back for a couple of days. Crystal at reception got me in if I could arrive within the next couple of hours of our phone call. When I arrived I was only there for less than 15 minutes. The fact that I was in-and-out is also very rare and is something I value and appreciate, especially at the vet. Because no one wants to spend their whole day in the waiting room.

Kiki also has flea allergies, and this is the first vet I've ever taken to who suggested Benadryl and gave Benadryl shots. Oh that's I have previously been to only have offered allergy shots which barely work half the time, well not working the other half at all. And to my surprise Benadryl did work for her, just takes a lot longer to kick in.

We're still new patients here, and so far I've gotta say I'm very pleased with how this business operates and the knowledge of their veterinarians. I've learned more in my two appointments than I have at other vets that I've been to in Orlando.“

“Moved here in July and had a current client recommend this office. We have only had 2 appointments, her annual and her allergy shot. Friendly staff, clean facility, didn't have to wait on a room forever to get to see a doctor. Overall positive experience!“

“My dog was sick with stress colitis and she wasn’t getting fully better so I decided to bring Jessie into the office as a new patient. The Doctor was incredible and so was the vet tech who assisted the doctor the whole time. All of my questions were answered, they provided tests on everything to ensure every avenue was pursued for my dog’s safety and care. The tests were completed and medicine given in a good turn around time. The front staff was kind and everyone on staff was compassionate and helped with any needs. My dog was comfortable and didn’t seem to be too stressed out. She liked everyone she met and as stated above, the staff was amazing with handling and care of my dog. Very accommodating. Overall it was a 233 dollar visit, but well worth it for all the services and medications received for my dog! 10/10 will be my new vet.“

“The best Animal Hospital! Susie the front desk receptionist makes your practice, her caring heart and wonderful personality makes you feel so welcome! The vet tech with red hair (sorry forgot her name) was amazing she was so gentle with my dog and very understanding. Now the vet Dr. Melissa Floyd was the best vet I have ever had! She is unbelievable! Her bedside manner is so caring and loving! She treated my dog Sparkles with such compassion, took her time assessing her and answered all my questions. This was was the best experience Sparkles and I had at a vet! Highly recommend this practice!“

Each and every person we worked with was so welcoming and loving towards Bella. We've never had a better experience! She loved coming to the vet (minus the beginning with the barking obviously). Visit after visit I was never once concerned with how her care would be. I can not speak highly enough about this place and the people that work there. The environment and the cost was perfect.

“I absolutely love coming here. I got my cat Maverick about 3 months ago now. He’s my first pet I’ve ever had on my own. He came to me snotty and with lots of upper respiratory issues. In true new mom fashion I brought him back to these guys like twice a month trying to figure out the problem. Dr.Mcleod explains everything and is so knowledgeable and she discovered that he has a cleft palate!

Dr. McLeod, Lourdes, karen, Sarah and the rest of the team have been so incredibly kind and patient with me. They are the best around! Each one of the crew is so knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. You can tell they care so much about each and every patient.

I 100% recommend them. I trust them wholeheartedly!!! They are reasonably priced and never try to force anything on you that you don’t need. Which I respect so much!

“Our little fuzzy Frenchie (Atlas) passed away here this morning. They knew BEFORE WE BROUGHT HIM that Atlas had a 9am appointment at another vet clinic and we were concerned he wouldn't make it till 9 without emergency medical attention. Then my dog laid on the floor for TWO hours till he stopped breathing at 8:20am. But they said "sorry" so I guess we are good now. They keep removing the tags on fb so ill keep finding crafty new ways to get the word out till I feel ive done an adequate job and/or they attempt to make it right.“

“The staff and doctor were very kind and understanding when we had to put our cat to sleep here on a Sunday. But we waited a looooong time! I understand there is only one doctor and a shift change (maybe add another doc to busy times?) and I also understand that critical emergencies come in and have to be seen ahead of others. We were told several times that we would be seen soon and that didn't happen. For this simple procedure I think we could have gotten in a bit sooner. But I appreciate the professionalism otherwise.“
