Everything went well and they did not overcharge me at all like some other vet's in melbourne. It is so hard to find a good vet, especially in a new city. I'm from Tampa and I have a vet there, but now this is my second vet at my second home. Pico is happy and healthy at 16 years oldWe have a vet in melbourne now!“

“These people truly care and work with people who aren’t rich and like all these other vets that try to get you on their “ Plan” that ends up requiring you to get credit to pay for your animals health. They treated my amazing cocker spaniel with Adequine and other medication that gave me years more time with my Shakespeare. Today was his final day and they were all so amazing. We called and canceled half a dozen times not wanting to see him go and trying to keep him pain free. Ultimately he was just in too much pain and collapsing. Only with medication would he have a brief reprieve and hours later pain. Couldn’t overdose him. I was a vet tech and have euthanized many animals never pleasant. They made it the best possible for him. He had lots of goodies and was unaware Sedation then when your ready a peaceful end. As sad and a wreck I am I know I did the right thing and appreciate everyone that works and has helped give Shakespeare the best life til the end. Thank you all.“

“I'm so thankful for Dr. Long and the staff at Animal Medical Clinic. I called early on a Tuesday morning (2/28/23) expressing concerns I had about my 16 year old Yellow Labrador. After a couple of assessment questions, I was instructed to bring her in right away. I knew in my heart that the news would not be good. After examining my Jenny, Dr. Long had assessed there was the possibility of a ruptured spleen. He offered several tests as an option, but I knew in my heart it was time to let her go. I was a mess. They were all so gracious with me as I wept over my Jenny, giving me ample time to grieve my loss in the examining room. They even brought blankets in so I could lie next to her, hold her, and say goodbye. I chose to have a private cremation so I could have her ashes with me. The turnaround time was fast, and she was back home within the week. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had done a cast of her paw ? The packaging, the box, and the card were all so beautiful and touching. I'm so happy to have her home with me forever. My only regret is that Dr. Long stated Jenny was in pain, and he would sedate her before bringing her back to the exam room. I had asked him not to sedate her before I could see her again. He explained he was not putting her down, just sedating her. My deepest regret is the last time I saw her awake and alert she was being wheeled into the back. I could see that she was looking around for me. The next time I saw her she was sedated, I couldn't see her eyes and I don't know for sure she knew I was there. I wish I had done a Verte job of advocating for myself and Jenny. Other than that, they made an extremely painful experience as comforting as it could be. I would highly recommend Animal Medical Clinic.“

“I have a 2 yr old Boston Terrier named Deuce who was displaying signs of luxating patella, a hereditary condition seen in Boston’s where the kneecap dislocates. My vet, Dr. Dan, referred me to Dr. Roger Welton, DVM and owner of Premier Vet Care in Viera, FL., who specializes in orthopedics for both dogs and cats. After a thorough exam and x-rays, Dr Welton told us that Deuce did, indeed, have luxating patella in BOTH knees; a grade 1 in his right and a grade 2 in his left. He did the procedure on his grade 2 left knee on Nov. 6th. When we picked Deuce up, Dr Welton gave a set of thorough care instructions and his personal cell phone in case of emergency. That very first night, at about 1am, Deuce “woke up” from his anesthesia and freaked out! When he realized something was not right with one of his legs, he started screeching and yelping and it was absolutely horrible hearing him in such distress. I thought he was in pain, so I used the cell number Dr Welton gave us and called him. I felt bad when he called us back not 5 minutes later because I obviously woke him up. He was professional and gracious and explained what was going on. The first week was rough; seeing him in discomfort and I probably sent Dr Welton a text per day asking various questions. Bottom line, he was incredibly attentive and caring and genuinely concerned about the welfare of our dog. Now, 3 ½ weeks later, we are pretty much out of the woods and in the physical therapy stage. Dr. Welton was nothing short of amazing. Not only do I consider him the best, most talented in his field, but he genuinely cares about the outcome of his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Welton, not only for orthopedic issues, but as your regular Vet without any reservations whatsoever. Simply, he’s the best in his field.M. Corbiciero“

“My Name is Novlett Wheatle-Paul. More importantly, the love of my life, my dog/son's name was Churro Mckenzie/Paul. Unfortunately, we lost Churro one month ago. Over his 14yrs he has brought our family endless joy and happiness beyond what we could ever imagine. Churro, in his last year, battled like a champion Diabetes, Cushing's Disease, Kidney Problems and a host of other medical issues. He became overweight and developed arthritis in his hind paws. Like a little super dog, Churro gave it his all until his body could no longer serve him well. “Super friendly staff, was able to get in on short notice, leather coaches in examining rooms, didn't have to wait on the doctor, overall exceptional service! Diagnosed with conjunctivitis, prescribed eye drops for 5 days to get rid of that green gunk.“
