“I highly recommend Gator Pest Control. I’m not a regular customer as we do our own spraying, but recently had a 3 month invasion of ghost ants. After spending nearly $100 on products, they wouldn’t go away. Gator came out and treated my home, inside and out, for a very reasonable price. Afterwards, I still had a few ants here and there, and they came back out, for free, and treated a second time! Problem now solved. Both techs were very polite and knowledgeable.“

Working with Jen is so easy and effortless, she is always available to help me out with any questions or take a look at the lawn. She takes pride in ensuring that my lawn looks great and that I am happy. She has helped me transition my other services and checks in to make sure my needs are being met.

I have also been working with Caitlin to feed my palm trees, plants and keep the insects at bay in my plants. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers and loves her job. She takes the time to explain things to you and always shows up with a smile and willing to teach you the things she is seeing. She is a pleasure to deal with.

Adam always sends a text message before he comes out and when he comes asks if there is anything I am seeing that he should look and makes sure to take his time and fertilize the lawn. I mentioned to him I had some spiders in my caged area during one lawn treatment service and even though he wasn’t there for external pest he took the time to spray the caged area to help with the spiders.

Max came out for a service call and completely understood my issues with the spiders in my caged area and took extra time to spray every area he thought they were coming in. He told me to call again if I saw more spiders as it might take few treatments to keep them out but he was determined to help me keep the spiders out.

All in all my experiences with Turfmaster has been positive and I would refer Jen, Mike, Caitlin, Adam and Max to anyone that is looking for service, as each one of them take pride in what they are doing and want to ensure I am happy as a customer.“
