“Great service! Everyone was really nice and professional from the beginning. They showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that they took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Florida Pest Control!”
“Terence was an absolute professional. Super knowledgeable and explains not only the processes but why they are doing it. They use a truly scientific approach to extermination. Recommend to everyone.”
“Wayne Prentiss was an awesome inspector, not only was he comfortable of allowing me to let him in remotely, but he had great customer service skills. He informed me of 3 wasp nests under my patio and made suggestions of how to get rid of them. In addition, he pulled my garbage can by my garage door and asked if I wanted him to place it inside, him knowing I can open the garage remotely. William Prentiss is the reason Massey Services receives 5 stars 🌟 today!”
