The first time they came out, I mentioned about these large flies that were everywhere, and they thoroughly inspected my house, including my attic space, attempting to find the source. While we didn't find the source, we were able to determine they had come from elsewhere. Every time Stan has come out to my house, we have always had the best conversations about anything and everything. Stan is engaging, professional, and a bit of a joker (which is really nice to have when you work from home). He explained everything in easy to understand terminology, and Toa absolutely adores him pausing to say hi and give her some love and attention. He's exceeding kind and has on more than one occasion brought my trash or recycling up from the curb. The best in Brevard for sure!“

“Could not be happier! I reached out to Mark at Eau Gallie Wholesale Nursery to come by and check out a drainage problem that I had at a property that I purchased. The back porch flooded anytime we had decent rain storms which happens frequently in Florida. Also the backyard and side yards stayed constantly soggy and mushy for months at a time. Several other companies had told me that the problem was from neighboring properties draining onto my property and that if they didn't fix their problem it would continue to be soaking wet.

Mark recommended connecting all of the downspouts to drain pipes along both sides of the house to drain at the curb. He said he had done over a thousand of these projects and it doesn't fix them all 100% but it will be much much better. He did not offer any guarantees, but I felt like he was being honest and was extremely knowledgeable compared to the other companies I had called. His crew was fast and efficient and left the property looking spectacular.

“Integrity is the hallmark of the best companies. I was out of town, my regular landscapers quit on me. I called dozens of potential replacements which never bothered calling me back. My HOA was getting ready to fine me for an unkept yard. Someone at the HOA recommended calling Tropic Greenery. I wish it had been my first call, but it was my last. I was in a bind but they still gave me a very reasonable quote. When I asked about when they could start and told them about potential HOA fines. He said “I got you” and fixed it so I would pass HOA inspection and set me up with a date where they could come back and finish the job. They also recommended some economic enhancements to replace some dead and overgrown bushes. I went from stressed to bragging about my yard with that one call. I recommend you make that call to Tropic Greenery your first call.“
