The first time they came out, I mentioned about these large flies that were everywhere, and they thoroughly inspected my house, including my attic space, attempting to find the source. While we didn't find the source, we were able to determine they had come from elsewhere. Every time Stan has come out to my house, we have always had the best conversations about anything and everything. Stan is engaging, professional, and a bit of a joker (which is really nice to have when you work from home). He explained everything in easy to understand terminology, and Toa absolutely adores him pausing to say hi and give her some love and attention.
