Tanner is articulate, quick, thorough, professional, and meticulous — he worked straight through until the job was finished without taking a single break. When he was done, he left the job site immaculate, like he'd never been there. He even took the time to teach me how to set the water temperature properly, which I really appreciated.
I will mention that THS's quote came in about $400 higher than another licensed plumber I'd contacted — but THS could arrive the next day, while the other company had a two-week wait.
