The water heater guy replaced our ancient hot water heater when it died. I was scheduled for same day and they gave me a heads up when they were about 30 minutes away. No mess was left, and I was charged exactly what their website quoted. A year and a half later we called when it went out and was texted steps to try before scheduling a service call. 30 minutes later and hot water was restored. Great experience both times I've dealt with them!
Highly recommend the Water Heater Guy in St. Pete! I had an incredibly difficult install and the team did an amazing and thorough job. They had to uninstall the dishwasher to reach my tucked away water heater underneath a counter top. The job was very labor intensive and they performed the install with a smile. They ensured all water was working properly and allowed me to test it all out once they were finished. I will be recommending them to all my neighbors. Thank you!!!!
These guys are the real deal. I Do most of my own work on my house, but I did not want to tackle this water heater issue. From the first call for the estimate all the way through the end of the process it was seamless and very well done. The communication from corporate down to the technician was flawless. Charles is a very gifted technician and did an absolutely wonderful job. I would recommend anyone to this company and I will for sure recommend all of my friends family and anyone to this company you can’t go wrong with these guys.
