I absolutely love Health Fit on Rand Blvd off of Clark Rd! It has everything I need in one place—a great pool, spinning classes, aerobics, a variety of fitness classes, excellent cardio equipment, and a well-equipped free weight area.

The biggest reason I chose Health Fit is because I feel safe working out here. All of the instructors are highly trained, including CPR and emergency medical response. Knowing I’m exercising under the supervision of qualified professionals gives me real peace of mind.

The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping members succeed. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a friendly, welcoming… read full review

I wish I had dropped them off… read full review

HealthFit is amazing - thank you for having such an amazing, well qualified and knowledgeable massage therapist!!! Angela has been a gift!!
I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism I experience during my massage sessions with Angela. From the moment I arrive, I feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. Angela’s attentiveness, skill, and intuitive approach creates not only physical relief, but a sense of calm and restoration that stays with me long after the appointment has ended.
I suffer from horrible anxiety and have Tourette’s that can impact every bit of my life. Additionally, I’ve had spinal… read full review
