I cannot give Preferred Care at Home a better recommendation. Unfortunately my cousin who is widowed and lives alone has advanced Parkinson’s Disease.This is very debilitating! Recently she was started on an infusion of her PD medication. This was instead of taking pills 6 times per day. I came down to help since Medicare doesn’t cover this home nursing care. Before I left I realized that she needed more help. I called Preferred Care at Home of Sarasota and Amy, the owner, came to see us within hours. A couple weeks ago Makayla Orr helped take care of one of my family members and she was an excellent nurse! I would recommend her to everyone! She is friendly, kind, and patient. She answered all the questions in a simple easy to understand manner! 10/10
