I had an immediate unplanned need for 24/7 care for my mom. Susan M. an RN came on a Sunday to my house for the intake. She was so thorough. My mother had chest congestion and was frail. She gave her a COVID and Susan had great knowledge of the surrounding urgent care facilities. We thought we would need night time only coverage but a curve ball was thrown my way and we ended up needing daytime too. Susan got me through the week! I had the same two aides all week and they were just as kind and helpful as they could be. I would always recommend this company.

Bernita is an outstanding caregiver! From the moment she arrived to help with caring for my 82-year-old father, we were at ease with her. She is kind, compassionate, gentle, capable, and an excellent listener. We're very thankful for her comforting presence. We also found the intake/assessment process with Susan to be very comfortable and focused on our needs. Many thanks!

My experience with Care Connections was a very positive one. Susan Mahony was amazing as was her staff. They took great care of my husband until the end and for that I am most grateful.
