I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. The owner of this company went above and beyond. I ordered a pump and later learned I also needed a seal to complete the install. The owner personally called to confirm if I had one, and when I said I didn’t know, he added it to my order free of charge.

Later that same day, while removing the old pump, I broke a specialty screw. After calling the owner again, he immediately tracked down the exact part and had it shipped quickly, again at no cost.

That’s what true customer service looks like. I will never shop with another pool company again and highly recommend this business to anyone.

In my case, UPS did not deliver a new pool pump motor to my address despite my being home. Pool Supply Delivery understood and arranged for a local pickup of the new motor to reduce the installation time and get my pool back online. I appreciate the service. - Henry
