We absolutely love this pool company! They test our pool chemicals for free and are always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer our questions and make sure we understand what our pool needs without ever being pushy or trying to sell us things we don’t need. It’s such a pleasure dealing with a company that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Water Club of America. I had some equipment issues and another pool company had replaced my iAquaLink system and variable speed pump. Unfortunately they were not able to get it running once they replaced the system.\r Jandy recommended I contact Water Club to see if they could get it going. There were issues with both the Jandy system and in my opinion the installation. Paige, our technician, was able to diagnose the issues, order parts, straighten out some wiring and you guessed it, all is working well.\r Great company with great customer service!
We interviewed several companies in our search to, replace the waterline tile, waterfall shelf and remove yellow/rust stains from our interior surface. We went with The Water Club as their price was very competitive. I waited several weeks to leave a review because we wanted to see how the cleaning of the surface held up. The pool result continues to be sparkling clean. The tile install came out better than our expectations as did the cleaning of the surface and removal of stains. After we filled the pool back up with water, the service technicians (and owner) were quick to follow up and get the chemicals balanced so we could enjoy swimming right away!
