“Ace Pet Resort kept my Chichuahua Vinny and Doberman Bruno over the Thanksgiving holiday. As a "picky" dog mom I will admit I can be hard to please and I like their training to not take a back seat while I am away. Ace was invested in really getting to know Vinny and Bruno at our scheduled daycare days leading up to our family trip so my boys could have a comfortable fun stay and I could have a worry free vacation. The staff is truly exceptional!! They are all animal lovers, professional, and always let the boys know they were happy to see them. My flight was cancelled on my way home due to a snow storm and I was not able to pick up the boys as scheduled. Ace stepped in, reassured me and made arrangements to keep my boys an extra day. “James and Laska are a terrific team in helping my wife and I get going with our new dachshund puppy. As total dog novices, Molly is a much improved dog after 7 weekly training sessions. Laska is a real pro and had Molly following her instructions after 10 minutes - amazing. Not surprising, Laska’s bigger task was in training us what to do and not do. Glad to say, while not perfect, we’re much better dog owners than when she found us. We heartily recommend Allears (Laska and James) for this kind of task. We may well use them again if we get off track. They’re a delight to work with!“

My previous vet refused to examine my male dog because of his temperament (Chihuahua). This office worked with him to make him comfortable before they examined him. “I can't say enough nice things about this practice. Dr. Brown and Dr. Browning are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, caring and compassionate. The techs and receptionists are equally attentive and kind. I have a senior dog that has suffered with a number of ailments. He has had eye issues, a back issue, dental issues, a heart murmer, digestive upset and a poisoning episode. The office offers emergency work-in appointments that are invaluable. I never feel rushed. The fees are comparable. I especially appreciate the holistic slant. My dog isn't the most cooperative, but the entire staff makes effort to make him feel comfortable.
