They offer services such as Meditation Salt Room, Halotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Kids Salt Room, and Red Light Therapy PBM, all aimed at Detoxing the Body, Clearing the Mind, and Renewing the Spirit. Guests have shared wonderful experiences at My Sanctuary of Wellness. I had an amazing experience using the infrared sauna. The space was clean, calm, and well-maintained, and the sauna itself was incredibly relaxing. I loved how deeply warming it felt without being overwhelming, and I left feeling refreshed, less tense, and recharged. It’s a great way to unwind, support recovery, and de-stress. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness experience.
Really peaceful experience! The entire place is spotless, serene, and makes you feel like you are at a vacation resort spa. Grateful to have found a place that soothes my soul.
I have never experienced anything like this before. This helped me so much. I did the full spectrum package and It was for one affordable and two help me so much. I’ve never felt so relaxed.
