Perspire Sauna Studio is beautiful and clean, and the owner, Franciska, and her staff are extremely nice and welcoming! I recently designed some decor for their one-year business anniversary and spent a few hours in the studio — every client who came in and out while I was there was so happy with their service! I can’t wait for my first session in one of their amazing infared saunas!

Perspire Sauna Studio is a newer infrared sauna experience to the market. It is located in the UTC Mall in Sarasota. They offer private individual rooms with TVs for you to relax and enjoy the sauna. The saunas have a variety of different color light therapies that helps relax and detox your body. The sauna is a dry infrared heat with can detox the body and help reduce calories, and even help with pain. The store is new and extremely clean and all the rooms are disinfected. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.

I loved my session! It was super rejuvenating and relaxing! Abby at the front desk was very knowledgeable and sweet, she was able to explain all the benefits and the owner Francesca is amazing!
