WOW, what a wonderful experience! They initially tested a 1-yr-old backflow, and it failed. I authorized a fix (basically a valve flush) and a retest. Upon arrival, they retested, and it passed. With new construction, this is not uncommon; they fully refunded my deposit for the fix. I'll definitely use them again!

This company and their staff are absolutely amazing to work with. There support and warranty services are wonderful. I’ve used other companies for my Back-flow Preventer years ago that were unreliable and dishonest but not these folks. Recommend you try them.
