To be completely honest, I never thought I’d be in a place to write a positive review about this journey. About a year ago, I started experiencing debilitating pain in my neck, shoulder, and head. I went to the ER more times than I can count and saw multiple doctors. Some told me it was “in my head.” Others immediately tried to prescribe heavy narcotics—before even ordering an MRI. It took four doctors just to get proper imaging. By that point, I had already paid thousands out of pocket for physical therapy they wouldn’t prescribe, along with holistic and private care—just trying to find answers. As someone who works in healthcare, I truly felt failed by the system. This pain stole everything—my time with my kids, my energy, my joy. I started to believe I might never get better. Eventually, I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon because I felt like it was my only option. By the grace of God, I found this office. I walked into my free consultation expecting more of the same. Instead, for the first time, a doctor sat down, reviewed my imaging with me, and actually explained it. My results were not normal.
