EDIT: from a previous bad review This Courtesy Cleaner location off of Fruitville had an very unfortunate incident with it's neighbors the Tavern next door. Where the cleaners smelled like cigarettes including the coats we had dry cleaned. I addressed my concern to the owner and he took action right away where he came to my place to pick up our coats to fix this problem. Our cashmere and wool coats were re-cleaned and delivered back to our place! I appreciate the solution so much as it was an unfortunate incident where this business suffered tremendously. I am glad the smoke issue is fixed as the owner had to put in a lot of money for the damages the Tavern cost them....read full review

Clean store fast service and Karen is great! Always friendly and provides outstanding customer service. They provide quality cleaning even rugs and everything comes back top notch.

I have been using Courtesy Cleaners for years. Karen at Fruitville store is amazing. She provides outstanding customer service and knows must customers by name!The same day service works very well if you are in a pinch for time. You don’t normally think of a Dry Cleaner providing white glove service but this location is an exception to the rule.
