Vicki checks every order before it is picked up to make sure everything is as it should be. She also started a book exchange for her customers. Vicki has a service dog named Devo, who is friendly and greets customers. The dog provides companionship, comfort, and support, and many customers look forward to seeing both Vicki and Devo. Without Vicki and her dog, most customers would likely use another company for cleaning. Another dedicated employee is Chris, who knew his customers and once called a customer after finding a credit card and a $20 bill in a shirt pocket. We’ve been going to Value Cleaners on Webber for years. Vicki is a wonderful person and her dog, Devo is so friendly. Vicki knows all her customers by name and always has a kind word and smile. We’re lucky to have them as our neighborhood cleaner!
I’ve been a customer of value cleaners at 3510 Weber St. in Sarasota for more than five years and I’ve always found them to be fair, professional, and Customer focused. As someone who wears professional dress shirts every day I spend approximately $35-$40 per week on dry cleaning. During all the years that I’ve used their service. They have consistently done an excellent job. On rare occasion that shirt was damaged, they handle the situation responsibly and fairly, either reimbursing me for the shirt outright, or providing a credit of equal or greater value. I’ve been going to this cleaners for many years. The lady who is there most of the time her name is Vicky and her dog’s name is Debo. I look forward going in to see Vicky and her dog
The dog makes my day there are several of us who live in Village Plaza off of Beneva that use value, cleaners, and we are all thankful for her kindness, hard work, and the dog greeting us. Her dog is an emotional support dog which she needs and loves so very much but as a customer, we love her dog as well. Thank you Vicky and Debo for your kindness. Without Vicky and her dog, most likely, we would use another company for cleaning
