I came to check out this place today and Chelsea was my instructor. She was friendly and prompt checking me in and wonderful while guiding me through the hot CSY all levels yoga class. It was an hour long and she did a phenomenal job keeping us through our flow and finishing class on strong note. Because I'm from out of town, I rented a mat for three dollars which was in great condition and there was cleaning spray easily acceptable to wipe it down and let it dry. Parking is easy and right in front of the building. It's in a plaza which is surrounded by coffee shops in other cute restaurants. I would highly suggest checking it out.

By the end of the class you’ll feel like you just had a massage, but it was actually you connecting...read full review
