“Communication and willingness to help. Work was completed in a timely manner. Great service and customer service. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was good. Awesome place. Even did a check over on the car to see if there were any other issues. No pressure from salesmen.”
“2019 Silverado transmission was sliping, set up appointment with Ralph's Transmission Shop talk to Steve he suggested to service it first with filter and Mobile Blue Label trans fluid and that could stop my problem. And so far it has! Thanks Steve”
“I had a great experience with this auto shop. Thomas, the owner, was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust in this industry, but Thomas made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.
The work was completed in a timely manner, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I also appreciated the level of communication throughout—he kept me updated and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, I would definitely recommend this one. Thomas runs a solid business and genuinely cares about his customers.”
