2019 Silverado transmission was sliping, set up appointment with Ralph's Transmission Shop talk to Steve he suggested to service it first with filter and Mobile Blue Label trans fluid and that could stop my problem. And so far it has! Thanks Steve
I left the car in the parking lot and got a call to pick it up the next day. They swapped a lightly used transmission in and it works great. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional, they'll be the first shop I call or recommend concerning transmission issues.
Brought my 2015 Sierra 2500 in because 5th and 6th gears were disengaging and All I can say is that the service was outstanding, Everything was explained to me I was given options without any sales pressure, truck was turned around in 3 days in time for me to make my trip. Had also spoken to them a couple of years ago about them doing other work to my truck , they said they would do it if i wanted but said i would be happier with other options which they did not do. I was sold that day forward. Outstanding work and service at a Fair price......
