Went in at 8 a.m. as soon as they opened for Vital Statistics for birth certificates. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! As long as you follow the directions on the application. Just need application and ID/driver's license if you are the parent of the child or its for yourself. Easy, quick, service for Certified Copies. Now I'm ready for our cruise!

An hour wait time with a scheduled appointment. Ridiculous, what is the point of schedule an appointment. The lady who call the name at unit 1700 looking confuse as she on some type of medicine Unprofessional . Staff passing by and can’t say hi . Look like a bunch of miserable creatures working at this place . Giving the vibe that they are doing you a favor . 11 am appointment that ended at 1:30 pm beyond ridiculous.

I had to get certain vaccines and labs done and every single person that helped me in this location was excellent. So many people just wanted to help us out and they really did. They helped us understand how it works and walked us through every minute and treated us so well. The place was clean and so inviting! Special shout-out to Richard and Michelle who really work there to serve. Could not recommend this place more.
