Pro-Shield Roof Restoration, LLC
“I recently had my entire roof replaced by Pro Shield Roofing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
From the very first phone call, everything felt incredibly easy and professional. They scheduled an inspection the next day, and the estimator showed up right on time, walked me through every detail of what my aging roof needed, and answered all my questions without any sales pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable – he pointed out issues I didn’t even know I had (like some hidden ventilation problems) and explained exactly why certain materials and techniques would work best for my home and our local weather.
The quote came back the same day, fully itemized and transparent – no hidden fees or surprises later. Once I gave the green light, they had a crew out within a week, which was way faster than I expected.
The installation crew was outstanding. They showed up early, protected all my landscaping and windows with tarps, worked efficiently, and kept the job site remarkably clean each day. The foreman checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. The quality of the work is top-notch – clean lines, perfect flashing, and they even upgraded a couple of things at no extra charge because “it was the right way to do it.”
Cleanup was impeccable. You’d never know they tore off an entire roof – they used magnets to get every last nail, blew off the debris, and left my yard spotless.
The whole process was genuinely stress-free. Everyone I dealt with – from the office staff to the crew – was friendly, communicative, and clearly knew their stuff. Pro Shield made a big, expensive project feel straightforward and painless.
If you need a new roof (or even just an honest inspection), I can’t recommend Pro Shield Roofing highly enough. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll be sending all my friends and neighbors their way. Truly excellent work!
