The company handles flat TPO roofs, metal roofs, and shingle roof replacement. One commercial plaza had a flat roof over the main office that leaked every time it rained heavily. Cheap patch jobs did not work. The company looked at the whole system and showed where the old modified bitumen was separating at the seams. A full TPO overlay was done. The project manager scheduled the loud tear-off work for the early morning before the stores opened, and equipment was kept off to the side so parking was not restricted. The new white membrane is doing its job, with no tenant complaints since it was installed.
A ranch house from the 70s had an upstairs that was too hot in the summer. The estimator pointed out almost no exhaust ventilation at the top of the roof. A full replacement was done with a continuous ridge vent added. The new architectural shingles look fine. It is noticeably cooler in the hallway now.
Another flat TPO roof on a small retail building kept cracking. The estimator showed up on time and gave a clear price. The start date was pushed back by two days because of rain, but they communicated it well. The front sidewalk was kept clear for customers. The new white roof is doing its job.
After heavy winds knocked tiles off a roof, the company came out and gave a quote that same afternoon. Replacement tiles matched the faded ones closely enough. The workers got it done and did not leave a mess in the driveway.
A metal roof was installed last month. It took a little longer than thought, but it seems pretty solid. No leaks so far.
