Today was one of those days where everything that could go wrong seemed to be going wrong… until Phil showed up!
He didn’t just fix the obvious problem—he took the time to figure out why it was happening. He ran a 150-foot snake all the way to the city line, got my kitchen sink draining better than it has since I bought the house, and when the toilet still wasn’t flushing, he refused to give up.
Instead, he discovered the previous toilet had been installed incorrectly and was the wrong size for the space! He went and picked up the correct toilet, installed it properly (and cleaned up) and now everything works beautifully.

I highly recommend Plumbing by Paul. Kaitlyn answered my call and understood exactly what I needed. I had a quote bright and early the next morning. Kaitlyn ordered the part needed and got back with me to schedule an appointment. JR, the plumber, arrived on time, had everything he needed to make the repair and did an excellent job. Very happy and will most definitely call again when the need arises. It was a refreshing experience. Thank you!
Outrageous customer service. I had them quote a job in October and they were professional, knowledgeable, and better priced than anyone else, but I ended up going with a different plumber that was friends with my GC for easy coordination during a big kitchen remodel. Fast forward to July and I had a leak and needed another plumber- they were the first company I called. They came out the next business day, gave me an excellent price, and gave me all the possible outcomes (if this happens then we may need to do this which would cost this much extra and there is a 25% chance we would need to do that).
