“Slammed my thumb in a door. Walked into Avecina and Debbie helped me fill out my checkin forms. She was super nice. Then Diane took me back and took my vitals and details. Next was Emily who was careful with my fear of more pain. She was very delicate with my injury and my anxiety and didn’t try to over treat. The experience throughout my visit was exceptional. Very kind, professional and caring.”

She made me feel very welcomed and as if I was the most important person that she was going to see that day. Next I had the privilege of working with Quan. I cannot begin to express her customer centered approach to the testing modalities that she had to do with me. She was most patient, friendly, understanding, and was able to explain the process thoroughly and in a way that was not talking down to me but rather in a manner that I would be able to understand. I was most impressed with the care she displayed. Now to Dr. Katz. I do not think I have ever met a more compassionate doctor! He was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and truly demonstrated an invested interest in me as a patient. Not once did he look at his watch kept open body language and was able to answer questions. His office staff ran on time, clean, and practice universal precautions.
