He referred me to young lady called KAREN. She made her appointment with my wife and I And explained everything about the funeral and the cemetery. She then told my wife and I to go home and think about what we would like to do. She did not put any pressure on my wife and I at all. My wife and I had visited two other Locations to ask about funeral arrangements. It was like a high pressure sales pitch with them that I had to do the deal right away or lose out which I did not appreciate with KAREN and put no pressure on my wife and I, and in reality the price was much better than the other two locations.
