The housing for my pool pump was old and recently cracked and began to leak, and I was constantly filling my pool. 365 Pool Service was recommended to me and it was a great choice. They contacted me pretty quickly, ordered the parts and a week or so later I now have a new housing. The guys who installed it were pleasant, on time, and did not leave any mess. They did a great job, and I felt the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the type of services they provide.
I had called 2 pool repair companies that were referred to me with neither showing prior to calling 365 Pools. 365 Pools responded promptly to my online inquiry and showed up when they said they would be there! Jonny did a great job with installing my new salt system (this could have been a repair but my desire was a replacement of my system to simplify it for myself) and explaining my new system so their was 0 questions left unanswered. 365 Pools gave me exactly what I envisioned making pool ownership a delight again and I couldn’t be happier to be able to sit back and enjoy without the frustration! We love 365 Pools! They are a one stop shop, with regular maintenance and repairs offered under one roof. Our pool maintenance person is Alec. He's very dependable and friendly. Our pool always looks fantastic when he gets done.
