Great prices. Customer friendly. Helps understand how to fix pool problems and doesn't push chlorine for salt pools , like another pool place in town did when I needed to get my chlorine levels up in my SALT pool.
I can’t say enough great things about them! First of all, they actual answered the phone and NICE when they greeted me. Second, they came out next day to evaluate the problem. Chris, who was extremely nice and professional, looked at what needed to be repaired and said he would call me back within the hour to let me know what parts needed to be ordered. Little to my surprise, he showed up THE SAME DAY and fixed my issue!! He even gave little tutorials and I was very thankful.
Mr Andrew Cook and his team have done a fantastic job 3 years ago installing my Aquacal pool heather, repipe all the equipment and install a new fountain pump. His professional advice on the superior warranty service on Aquacal units was 100% on the money as the control panel indicated "call Service Technician" which I did and Aquacal came out just like Mr Cook said they would and not only fixed the problem FREE but also installed a new control panel, replaced batteries and replaced a temp sensor.
