The company came out because we had a light out that we purchased from another company a year ago and they quoted us $1,850 to replace it. Upon arrival we got a call that the light was gone but the piece that they used to be able to have a remote for it had gone bad. They just had to order that piece and it would only be a service call. It is sad but I was shocked that they were honest about it. These days I would have expected them to take the old one and replace it anyway. I was really grateful to have called this company and got the honesty from the employee that actually took the time to look at it and not just replace the part as well.
