I had red hair as a younger person and she was able to color my hair the color it was when it was naturally red. We talk through my needs and wants for hair styling and she always gets it right. The salon is under newer ownership and they seem to be working hard on upgrading the facility and experience. I’m very impressed by even the little changes, such as hot tea served in glasses with dried flowers. So pretty! Small engraved mirrors for each of the stylists so their clients can checkout their new styles. I was offered a hand massage while my color processed. If you are interested in great looking hair and want to be treated like you really matter, visit Foil & Hue and ask for Liz. If Liz is not available, all of their stylists seem to be highly trained and are very outgoing.“

“I have been going to the gym (Anytime Fitness Apollo Beach) since June pretty much daily and working with my trainer , the owner 2x a week, just recently my quads got really tight and were constantly very sore, Rose my trainer suggest I have a professional massage therapist try and loosen them up. I found Essentials Massage and Facials on the web and from my first phone call, I knew this was the right place, the office staff is fantastic and I can't say enough good things about my therapist Claudia!!, I explained my problem and she went to work on my legs and worked her magic giving me a deep tissue massage on my quads and also cupping them, OMG!!....They were so tight and she worked the tightness out of both, then proceeded to work on my neck and the my upper back and shoulders which were also tight!....Claudia is a true professional who truly cares about her clients and their health and well being..If you need a great stress relieving massage I highly recommend you give them a try!!!...Ask for Claudia!.....If I could give them a 10star rating here I would!!...A Huge Thanks!!“
