Always love my hair after!! Always so relaxed when I leave!
I booked an appointment to have my hair trimmed and I had a great stylist named Lisa! She did a fabulous job on my hair. I haven’t loved my hair this much in a very long time. Lisa made me feel beautiful, look great, and love my hair again! Thank you, Lisa!
Stylist: Liz I went there to get my hair done. I was having trouble communicating what I wanted and the stylist made the best out of what I told her. It was a very long day for me, and when I got home I literally exploded because it wasn’t what I expected. Grant you, once I calmed down I realized it was not the stylist fault. It was already too late, I called and was upset and responded very rudely. Luckily, Chelsea, the owner has amazing people/professional skills and was able to deescalate the situation and come up with a solution. I went back in the next day to have it fixed, and the same stylist did it and the results were amazing. Liz has a lot of patience, and skill. I would’ve never sat me back in my chair again if I were her, but she did. It wasn’t awkward, or uncomfortable.
