She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helps you understand what she is doing and how you can make your skin better. I appreciate that she remembered what we talked about my first visit (my wedding and my grandmother) and is genuinely present during my service. I always walk out feeling relaxed and glowing. The front desk has been less than friendly towards me and always seems to just want you in and out which is disappointing. Quick but very thorough. I’ve been going now to Jennifer for 4 months and I refuse to touch my razor or see anyone else. Always a pleasure and since my first wax my hair got thinner and it’s the first time I can go 2 weeks without any hair starting to show. I’ve also been using their products to slow grow the hair back. Definitely a great location and staff.“
