“Getting older and have been working out regularly form my entire adult life. I was not that overweight but my body kept wanting adjust upwards every couple years regardless of how i ate or exercised. I sought out a medical solution to resetting my baseline. Amongst all the noise and branded supplements at other places was a small clinic, close to home that seemed to check all the boxes.A short medical exam and blood work, use of well known otc and prescription and a plan to follow. I kept working out and added some extra walking and dropped 30lbs to almost my HS weight. Not much left to lose after that. The journey was eye opening. How easy it is to gain weight and how your mind justifies whats in the mirror is startling. Which is why a random pic looks so much worse. Seeing what that looks like on the way back down is a trip. Resetting the mind’s view of self is powerful.Not many times in life does a service offered meet all the expectations. This does. Follow the plan.
