Truly never have a bad experience at New Identities. I have pushed out getting a haircut for over a year and was worried when I found out my usual girl no longer is here. However after the amazing cut that Sydney gave me, I was left assured just how of an amazing salon this is. I let her know that I did not want much of my length taken and to have framing layers with wispy curtain bangs. She nailed every single detail and gave me EXACTLY what I was envisioning. The cut was so good that even after 3 months I still have a nice shape on the layers and bangs. So happy to be blessed with a talented, sweet stylist 💕🙌🏼

Kaybryn (at the Riverview location) is an incredible hairstylist! She truly listens to what you want, is patient, understanding, and takes the time to educate you through every step of your hair journey. There are never any surprises, her pricing is fair, and she’s always upfront about the process.

When it comes to hair color, she’s an absolute magician! Somehow, she captured exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn’t fully describe it myself. The results exceeded my expectations.

My first experience with Sydney at NI in Riverview will not be my last!! I have always struggled finding a hairstylist who can really help me with my fine curly hair, but Sydney has been amazing. I really enjoyed my first visit with her and I have already booked my next! She is great, very friendly and accommodating and super knowledgeable.
