In a last ditch effort I thought maybe a dry cleaners have a different solution. When I dropped it off they made no promises but would try. A week later I picked them up and they were spotless!!!! Not one speck of paint was there. So beyond excited as these were name brand clothes that otherwise would've had to be tossed.
